BundleMe! Coats & Blankets Need Not Apply

I subscribe the theory that with each child, you kind of get a do-over. You get to start fresh and do things a little differently than you did last time around. That goes for clothes, gear, schedules, etc.

Egg Baby By Susan Lazar

Egg Baby By Susan Lazar

I obsess over dressing my kids. And even though kid clothes causes the most grief (laundry gnome or laundry gnome... where have you gone) getting them dressed, and my girls changing 3-6 times a day, is always a fun part of our day. I sooo love to check out new (to me) designers and am happy I got a little taste of Egg By Susan Lazar.

Calling All Soccer Moms. It's Baby's First Cleats {Win It}

Soccer is getting a ton of attention here in Portland these days thanks to our new Major League Soccer team, the Timbers. While everyone and their dog seems to have season tickets, generally I'm off to local fields to watch my own little soccer stars in action. Now even my 3 month old is getting in on the fun with her own pair of cleats from First Cleats.

Win A Birth Announcement Name Frame from Element 120 Designs

I absolutely love the idea of these photo name frames. Each letter is a photograph of a different architectural or design element. It's a stylish and subtle way to display a name (first or last) as well as a modern alternative to wooden letters.

Glenna Jean Nursery Decor & Crib Bedding

While ooing over a giant diaper pin hanger I spotted recently (a perfect decorative and functional wall rack for a for a nursery) I happily also discovered nursery bedding designer, Glenna Jean. Although I just recently spotted them, they're far from newbies to nursery bedding and currently celebrating their 33rd year in business.

Chic Security: Ila Dusk & Pebble Alarms {Win It!}

I have always been a little on the skittish side when it comes to looking out for creepy crawlies. Well, actually flat out paranoid. But I'm not talking about bugs. I'm talking about the creeps that jump out of the shadows and throw you into their van. Sorry, that's the mother in me being overly dramatic.

Big Bouffant Is Big Fun

Big Bouffant by Kate Hosford

You wouldn't think a book about a sassy girl and her hair would fall into the adventure genre but to many young girls, finding the perfect do is one of the biggest adventures of them all. As a girl who grew up in the era of perms and big fluffy bangs, I certainly remember how important hair was and the hours I would spend every morning getting it right.

Handmade Chic: Crochet Beanies With A Touch Of Flower Power

Infant Beanie hats

It's no secret I have a serious Etsy addiction lately in addition to a new baby. Which works well since my baby has some hair issues (what newborn doesn't) and I know Etsy is a great place to find some amazing hats for little Hadley. One of my latest purchases is from JeabMade and I'm dying! I've gotten so many compliments about this adorable crochet beanie so in addition to another beanie for Hadley in the next size up, I also got two more for my 4 and 5 year old girls so they can all match. I'm a slave to coordination!

It's All About Cake Pops & Mustaches

I used to spend my quiet mornings blogging or catching up on other baby blogs (they are addicting). So, in addition to this blog, I now also run the super popular Top Mommy Blogs & Top Baby Bogs directories. Funky Find: Crooked Furniture

It's Totally Crooked! Fun and funky furniture

Every since I discovered crooked cakes (topsy turvy cakes) while planning my wedding, I have been absolutely obsessed with Alice In Wonderland themed anything. If my husband hadn't stopped me, we probably would of had a Mad Hatter themed wedding. My one year old son on the other hand *insert evil laugh here* didn't stand a chance on his first birthday or when it came to furnishing and decorating his room.
