I've been, shall we say, obsessing a bit lately over the health of my family and our home. Maybe I've watched a few to many daytime talk show & news stories about the air in our homes, icky things in our beds and how allergens are all around us.

With out going overboard and driving my husband completely nuts (he's not from Oregon, like me, where crunchy has always been cool), I've been swapping out some of the basics like our bedding. I can breath easier knowing 8 hours a day we are in a healthy environment. Baby too. Now that I finally have her in the crib that is!
