For me, one of the best tricks is basically just to keep nibbling. It's not the best trick for being that hip & skinny pregnant lady, but hey, what's a girl to do? "Just eat smaller meals," and "snack lightly," is easier said than done when you'll do anything to relieve morning sickness. But I did find a cool snack that packs an effective punch and only 45 calories... ginger saltine crackers!
