Some little ones of the smaller variety have a hard time reaching the peddles but they have no problem flailing their arms (often demonstrated in fits of rage)! So, what a perfect way to mobilize them and harness this energy on a cart! On a recent trip to a local indoor play park, we discovered a wonderful toddler car called the Plasmacar.
