Look ma, no pedals!
Published in toys, toddler, fitness by posh | Comment (2)
Some little ones of the smaller variety have a hard time reaching the peddles but they have no problem flailing their arms (often demonstrated in fits of rage)! So, what a perfect way to mobilize them and harness this energy on a cart! On a recent trip to a local indoor play park, we discovered a wonderful toddler car called the Plasmacar. Their are no pedals, no gears and no batteries. It safely harnesses kid power when they turn the steering wheel side to side.. it goes. When they stop... it stops! Find it @ ModernLola.Com

A Hippophantig? Don't Dwell On It...
Published in toys by posh | Comment (0)
It seems to be a mystery among retailers and bloggers what the three little animals in this set are. They are simply referred to as "MAGNETIC ANIMALS - SET OF 3" by the Dwell. Our vote is elephant, hippo & pig (with a nose ring). Ox (which would probably be the correct answer) or rhino have also been used for the pig... but we still say pig! Regardless of what they are, Dwell (a very cool mag and modern decor line which I subscribe to every year and have a little one asleep on one of their fabulous crib sets) has developed this super cute set of three, magnetic encased, detachable animals.
The three guys have numbers, modern & fun (of course) patterns/textures and each animal (which can be separated by the magnet connection) consists of two pieces. Bring out the little mad scientist in your little one. Find it @ Tottini.Com
